Yee-Haw, Mustang Wranglers! The 46th Annual Western Days Stampede Is All Wrapped Up!
Whoa there! What a great race and a record turnout — about 800 rootin’-tootin’ runners in all, including about 70 in Friday night’s 5K. From the Friday evenin’ showdown at Wild Horse Park to Saturday’s Kids’ Stampede at the stadium, our little broncos and big trailblazers brought the Mustang spirit alive under this year’s Red, White, & Boots theme, all benefitin’ our High School Cross Country teams thanks to the Mustang Pacesetters Booster Club.
Post-Race Roundup:
- Results: We double-checked the numbers, scratched our heads a time or two, and wrangled every last time into place. With a record turnout of about 800 runners — including about 70 in Friday night’s 5K — it took a little extra trail-ridin’ to get it all right. They should be accurate and are now posted in the Results section.
- Pictures: Photos are free to download this year! We’ll be workin’ through the gallery over the next few days, so check back often as new pictures ride in.
